§ 3.265. Landfill waste. “Landfill waste” is waste from a closed pollution control facility, closed dumping site, closed sanitary landfill, or a closed waste disposal site; provided however, “landfill waste” shall not include waste removed by or pursuant to the authority of the State or a unit of local government from the public way or household waste removed by or pursuant to the authority of the State or a unit of local government from any unauthorized open dumping site.
