Illinois Statutes Chapter 415. Environmental Safety § 5/3.120. Air pollution control equipment

§ 3.120. Air pollution control equipment. “Air pollution control equipment” means any equipment or facility of a type intended to eliminate, prevent, reduce or control the emission of specified air contaminants to the atmosphere. Air pollution control equipment includes, but is not limited to, landfill gas recovery facilities.
