§ 22.50a. Compliance with environmental covenants. No person shall use, or cause or allow the use of, any site subject to an environmental covenant created under the Uniform Environmental Covenants Act in a manner that is inconsistent with the activity and use limitations imposed under the environmental covenant. For purposes of this Section, the terms “activity and use limitations” and “environmental covenant” shall mean “activity and use limitations” and “environmental covenant” as those terms are defined in the Uniform Environmental Covenants Act.
