Illinois Statutes Chapter 415. Environmental Safety § 5/22.21. Operation of pollution control facility; safety standards

§ 22.21. During operation of a pollution control facility, the operator shall comply with the safety standards relating to construction established pursuant to the federal Occupational Safety and Health Act of 1970, Title 29, United States Code, Sections 651 through 678, Public Law 91-596, as amended.
