§ 50. Federal moneys. The Department may apply for, accept, receive, and receipt for federal moneys for the State given by the federal government under the Federal Act for any purpose within the authority of the Department. The Department may also act as an agent for an agency or officer of the federal government for any purpose that is otherwise within the authority of the Department, and the Department may enter into agreements for that purpose with the agency or officer.
