Illinois Statutes Chapter 415. Environmental Safety § 130/15. Applicability

§ 15. Applicability.

(a) Nothing in this Act is intended to preclude the Senate or the House of Representatives from taking any other action with respect to any proposed memorandum of understanding or with respect to alternate strategies as either body deems appropriate.

(b) Nothing in this Act is intended to circumvent the authority of the Board to adopt regulations pursuant to Title VII of the Environmental Protection Act.  1
