Illinois Statutes Chapter 415. Environmental Safety § 105/9. Presumption of violation by operator; throwing, deposit, etc., of litter from motor vehicle

§ 9. Whenever litter is thrown, deposited, dropped or dumped from any motor vehicle not carrying passengers for hire, the presumption is created that the operator of that motor vehicle has violated Section 5, but that presumption may be rebutted.
