Illinois Statutes Chapter 415. Environmental Safety § 105/11. Enforcement of Act; prosecutions for violations

§ 11. This Act shall be enforced by all law enforcement officers in their respective jurisdictions, whether employed by the State or by any unit of local government. Prosecutions for violation of this Act shall be conducted by the State's Attorneys of the several counties and by the Attorney General of this State.
