Illinois Statutes Chapter 410. Public Health § 635/7. Plans for construction, reconstruction or alteration of facilities; approval

§ 7. After the effective date of this Act, properly prepared plans for all dairy farm milking facilities, transfer stations, receiving stations, cleaning and sanitizing facilities and milk plants regulated under this Act which are hereafter constructed, reconstructed, or extensively altered shall be submitted to the enforcing agency for written approval before work is begun.
