Illinois Statutes Chapter 410. Public Health § 635/15. Rules, regulations and standards

§ 15. The Department shall, in accordance with The Illinois Administrative Procedure Act,  1 promulgate, publish and adopt rules, regulations and standards as may be necessary for the proper enforcement of this Act. The rules, regulations and standards shall include but not be limited to requirements for dairy farms, milk hauler-samplers, milk tank trucks, milk plants, certified pasteurizer sealers, cleaning and sanitizing facilities, receiving stations and transfer stations.
