§ 3.21. Except as authorized by this Act, the Illinois Controlled Substances Act, 1 the Pharmacy Practice Act, 2 the Dental Practice Act, 3 the Medical Practice Act of 1987, 4 the Veterinary Medicine and Surgery Practice Act of 2004, 5 the Podiatric Medical Practice Act of 1987, 6 Section 22-30 of the School Code, 7 Section 40 of the Illinois State Police Act, 8 Section 10.19 of the Illinois Police Training Act, 9 or the Epinephrine Injector Act, [FN10] to sell or dispense a prescription drug without a prescription.
