Illinois Statutes Chapter 410. Public Health § 620/3.18. Failure to comply with §§ 518, 519 or 520 of the Federal Act

§ 3.18. (1) The failure or refusal to (A) comply with any requirement prescribed under Section 518 or 520(g) of the Federal Act,  1 or (B) furnish any notification or other material or information required by or under Section 519  2 or 520(g) of the Federal Act. (2) With respect to any device, the submission of any report that is required by or under this Act that is false or misleading in any material respect.

2 21 U.S.C.A. § 360i.
