§ 13. The Director shall make rules and regulations necessary for the effective administration of this Act. These rules and regulations shall conform as near as possible but need not be limited by rules and regulations established by federal law in the Egg Products Inspection Act, 1 governing the inspection of eggs.
The Director is hereby authorized to cooperate with all other agencies, Federal, State and municipal, in order to carry out the effective administration of this Act and to establish a trust fund in the appropriate State agencies for receipt and disbursement of cooperative funds from the Federal Government.
