§ 2. Such bond shall be in favor of the People of the State of Illinois, and shall be for the benefit and protection of all patrons of such factory; and a civil action may be had thereon by any person or persons injured by a breach of the conditions thereof, for the use of the person or persons interested, for all damages sustained by them.
