Illinois Statutes Chapter 410. Public Health § 535/24.5. Access to records; pension funds and retirement systems

§ 24.5. Access to records; pension funds and retirement systems. Any information contained in the vital records shall be made available at no cost to any pension fund or retirement system under the Illinois Pension Code for administrative purposes.
