Illinois Statutes Chapter 410. Public Health § 535/2. Office of Vital Records; establishment; quarters

§ 2. There is hereby established in the Department of Public Health an Office of Vital Records which shall install, maintain, and operate the system of vital records throughout this State.

Suitable quarters for this office shall be provided by the Secretary of State, which quarters shall be so equipped as to permit the permanent and safe preservation of all official records required for the operation of the system.
