Illinois Statutes Chapter 410. Public Health § 415/5. Compliance with other requirements for cancer treatment

§ 5. Nothing in this Act shall be construed to relieve any person from any requirement prescribed by or under authority of law with respect to cancer treatments now included or which may hereafter be included within the classifications of cancer treatments as defined in the applicable federal and State laws relating to cancer treatments.
