Illinois Statutes Chapter 410. Public Health § 35/20. Application

§ 20. Application. Except for Sections 25 and 30, this Act applies only to places of public accommodation that commence construction, or that commence alterations exceeding 50% of the entire place of public accommodation, after the effective date of this Act.
