§ 2. (a) Any person, corporation, partnership, association or other entity who, being the owner of, or is otherwise in control of, any unsupervised automatic passenger elevator for use by the general public, and who fails to apply and maintain tactile identification as required by this Act, is guilty of a petty offense, and shall be fined $100. Each day on which the owner or other person fails to provide the requisite tactile identification constitutes a separate and distinct offense.
(b) Any person who removes the tactile identification required by this Act is guilty of a petty offense and shall be fined $100.
