§ 35. Continued operation of programs to reduce racial and ethnic disparities in infant mortality and diabetes. Subject to the amounts appropriated for that purpose, the Illinois Department of Human Services shall continue to operate programs to reduce racial and ethnic disparities in infant mortality and diabetes.
