Illinois Statutes Chapter 405. Mental Health and Developmental Disabilities § 5/5-107.1. Deposits; Mental Health Fund

§ 5-107.1. Remittances from or on behalf of licensed long-term care facilities through Department of Healthcare and Family Services reimbursement and monies from other funds for Day Training Programs for clients with a developmental disability shall be deposited with the State Treasurer and placed in the Mental Health Fund.
