Illinois Statutes Chapter 405. Mental Health and Developmental Disabilities § 5/3-750. Involuntary admission on an outpatient basis

§ 3-750. Involuntary admission on an outpatient basis. A person 18 years of age or older who is subject to involuntary admission on an outpatient basis may receive alternative treatment in the community or may be placed in the care and custody of a relative or other person upon court order pursuant to this Article.
