Illinois Statutes Chapter 405. Mental Health and Developmental Disabilities § 5/1-104. Facility director

§ 1-104. “Facility director” means the chief officer of a mental health or developmental disabilities facility or his designee or the supervisor of a program of treatment or habilitation, or his designee. Designee may include a physician, clinical psychologist, social worker, clinical professional counselor, or nurse.
