§ 70. Developing public-private partnerships to expand affordable housing options for those with serious mental illnesses. The Department of Human Services, Division of Mental Health shall work with the Department of Healthcare and Family Services, Medicaid managed care organizations and hospitals across the State to develop public-private partnerships to incentivize private funding from hospitals and managed care organizations to match State dollars invested in the Housing is Recovery program for purposes of preventing repeated preventable hospitalizations, overdose deaths and unnecessary institutionalization.
