§ 8-241. Board of Education employees' former service. Any employee or former employee of the Board of Education of the city, now included under the provisions of this Article, shall be considered, for all purposes of this Article, to have been an employee during all time prior to July 1, 1923 that he was in the service of such Board of Education or of the city. This section shall be retroactive in effect.
