§ 8-180.2. Any person who has at least 8 years of service credit in the Fund may establish service credit in the Fund for any period during which he served as Executive Director of the Chicago Land Clearance Commission, Executive Director of the Chicago Dwellings Association, or Administrator of the Illinois-Indiana Bi-State Commission, and was otherwise ineligible to participate in the Fund, by paying to the Fund before April 1, 1984 an amount equal to (1) employee contributions based on the actual compensation received and the rate of contribution in effect on the date of payment; plus (2) an amount representing employer contributions, equal to the amount specified in subdivision (1); plus (3) interest thereon at the rate of 6% per annum, compounded annually, from the date of service to the date of payment.
