§ 8-178. Credit--Employees in certain other superseded funds. Every employee who, on December 31, 1959, was a contributor to an annuity and benefit fund in the city under the Court and Law Department Employees' Annuity Act, 1 or under the Board of Election Commissioner's Employees' Annuity Act 2 shall receive credits in this fund as follows:
For service prior to January 1, 1960, as of January 1, 1960, for the accumulated employee contributions and city contributions respectively standing to his credit for age and service and prior service annuity on December 31, 1959 in such other fund.
