§ 7-161. Child annuities--commencement. A child annuity shall begin upon proper application therefor, on the first day of the month following the month in which the survivor of his parents has died, and shall continue until death, or until the first day of the month coincidental with or next preceding the day the child attains age 18 or marries, whichever first occurs.
