Illinois Statutes Chapter 40. Pensions § 5/6-144. Maximum annuities permitted

§ 6-144. No annuity in excess of 75% of the highest salary received by the fireman concerned shall be granted or paid to him except to the extent that the annuity may exceed such 75% under the provisions of Section 6-164 of this Article.
