§ 6-128.3. Minimum widow's annuities. (a) Notwithstanding any other provision of this Article, beginning January 1, 1988, the minimum widow's annuity payable to any person who is entitled to receive a widow's annuity under this Article shall be $325 per month.

(b) This Section shall apply to all persons receiving a widow's annuity under this Article, without regard to whether the death or retirement of the fireman occurred prior to the effective date of this amendatory Act (P.A. 86-272).
