Illinois Statutes Chapter 40. Pensions § 5/5-205. Ordinary disability reserve

§ 5-205. Ordinary disability reserve. Amounts contributed by the city, and all amounts deducted from the salaries of policemen for ordinary disability benefits shall be credited to this reserve and all such benefits shall be charged to it.
