§ 4-131. Warrants. The mayor or president of the board of trustees and clerk, secretary, or the comptroller, if there be one, and the officer or officers of the municipality, who are authorized by law to draw warrants upon the treasurer of the municipality, upon request made in writing by the board, shall draw such warrants, payable to the treasurer of the board for all funds in the hands of the municipality's treasurer belonging to the pension fund.
