Illinois Statutes Chapter 40. Pensions § 5/22-220. To determine benefits

§ 22-220. To determine benefits. To hear and decide all applications for pensions or benefits under this Division. The decision of the board of trustees on applications shall be final and conclusive and not subject to review or reversal except by the board of trustees upon application for that purpose.
