§ 22-216. Board created. A board, composed of the president, vice president, secretary, treasurer, manager, chairman of the patrol committee, vice-chairman of the patrol committee and the chief officer of the fire insurance patrol of the Board of Underwriters of such city, village or incorporated town, shall be and constitute the Board of Trustees to control and manage the fund. The Board shall be known as “The Board of Trustees of the Patrolmen's Pension Fund”.
