Illinois Statutes Chapter 40. Pensions § 5/2-142. To submit individual statement

§ 2-142. To submit individual statement. To submit an individual statement to any participating member upon the member's request. The statement shall show the amount of accumulations to the member's credit as of the latest date practicable.
