§ 18-128.1. Limitations on survivor's annuity. Payment of a survivor's annuity shall begin to accrue from the date salary or annuity payments to a deceased judge have terminated. Annuity payments to a surviving spouse shall not be made for any period for which supplementary salary is granted or paid to the surviving spouse following the death of the judge.
