§ 14-132.2. Payment into the General Obligation Retirement and Interest Fund. Notwithstanding any other law, on the first day of each month, or as soon thereafter as practical, the System shall pay over to the State for deposit into the General Obligation Retirement and Interest Fund all amounts previously received by the System pursuant to Section 14-135.08(b) representing additional amounts to pay principal of and interest on general obligation bonds authorized by Section 7.2(a) of the General Obligation Bond Act and issued to provide those proceeds deposited by the State with the System in July 2003, representing deposits other than amounts reserved under Section 7.2 of the General Obligation Bond Act.
