§ 12-136.2. Annuities to survivors of female employees. All provisions of this Article relating to annuities or benefits to a widow, minor children or other survivors of a male employee shall apply with equal force to a surviving spouse, children or other eligible survivors of a female employee, including credits for the several annuity purposes, refunds and death benefits, without any modification or distinction whatsoever.
