§ 12-135.2. Increase in annuity to a surviving spouse. An annuity being paid to a surviving spouse on December 31, 1992, other than a temporary annuity, shall be increased by 10% effective January 1, 1993 and shall thereafter be paid at the increased rate until the termination of the annuity by death or other cause, subject to the annual increases provided under Section 12-135.3.
