Illinois Statutes Chapter 40. Pensions § 5/11-213. Attorney

§ 11-213. Attorney. The chief legal officer of the city shall be the legal advisor of and attorney for the board. If it shall deem such action necessary or advisable, the board may, in its discretion, employ another attorney for special services.
