§ 11-179. Contribution by city for administration costs. The city shall contribute from revenue derived from taxes herein authorized, the amount necessary to defray costs of administration of the fund. Beginning July 1, 1987, the board shall estimate and approve a budget for the entire cost of administration of the fund required each year to be contributed by the city by its regular January meeting for the current fiscal year.
