Illinois Statutes Chapter 40. Pensions § 5/10-103.1. Persons to whom article does not apply

§ 10-103.1. This Article does not apply to any person who becomes an employee after June 30, 1979 as a public service employment program participant under the Federal Comprehensive Employment and Training Act  1 and whose wages or fringe benefits are paid in whole or in part by funds provided under such Act.
