§ 1-113.10. Legality at time of investment. The investment limitations set forth in this Article are applicable only at the time of investment and do not require the liquidation of any investment at any time. However, no additional pension funds may be invested in any investment item while the market value of the pension fund's investments in that item meets or exceeds the applicable limitation.
