§ 508. The Department shall determine on October 1 of each year the total amount contributed to the Child Abuse Prevention Fund pursuant to this Act and shall notify the State Comptroller and the State Treasurer of such amount to be transferred to the Child Abuse Prevention Fund, and upon receipt of such notification the State Treasurer and Comptroller shall transfer such amount.
