§ 1110. Redemption by State. The provisions of sections 5g and 5h of the Retailers' Occupation Tax Act 1 (relating to time for redemption by the State of real estate sold at judicial or execution sale) as in effect on the effective date of this Act, or as subsequently amended, shall apply for purposes of this Act as if such sections were set forth herein in their entirety.
