Illinois Statutes Chapter 35. Revenue § 200/9-130. Delivery of assessment books

§ 9-130. Delivery of assessment books. The chief county assessment officer shall call upon the county clerk on or before the first day of January in each year and receive the assessment books and blanks as prepared by the county clerk for the assessment of property for that year.
