The Real Property Improvement Assessment Act. 6
The Real Estate Transfer Tax Act. 7
The Special Service Area Tax Act. 8
The Special Assessment Benefiting State Property Act. 9
The Local Governmental Tax Collection Act. [FN10]
The Taxing District Reserve Fund Act. [FN11]
The Limitation on Collection of Personal Property Tax Act. [FN12]
The Property Tax Extension Limitation Act. [FN13]
The Fiscal Responsibility Report Card Act. [FN14]
