§ 50. Program terms and conditions. Except for information that will be included, in an aggregated manner, within the annual report required under Section 45 of this Act, any documentary materials or data made available or received by any agent or employee of the Department are confidential and are not public records to the extent that the materials or data consist of commercial or financial information regarding the operation of the production of the applicant for or recipient of any tax credit under this Act.
