§ 15. Certification concerning National Guard information. On or before October 1, 2007, the Adjutant General shall certify to the General Assembly that members of the Illinois National Guard are informed of possible health risks associated with exposure to depleted uranium. The certification shall apply to both predeployment and post-mobilization information activities and post-deployment health screening.
