Illinois Statutes Chapter 330. Veterans and Service Members § 111/10. Cemetery notification

§ 10. Cemetery notification. Upon discovering that metal from the grave marker of a veteran is missing, a cemetery official shall notify the local law enforcement agency and, if possible, the family of the deceased veteran.
